Cannondale Super V 1000
Hey Everyone,
I am dusting off an old school Cannondale Super V 1000 out of my closet. The bike has been sitting for years.
Here is a list of the current equipment on the bike:
1. IRC Mythos XC 2.10
2. Head Shock DD60 w/Damping Dial (front)
3. Shimano Deore XT / Servo Wave Action Shimano
4. Sun Rim CR18
5. Fox 5R Airshock (rear)
Any suggestions on what I should upgrade and the brand? I do plan to take it to the shop where I purchased to get it tuned and cleaned up. I know at a minimum, I need a new chain & tires. I was an aggressive rider in the woods and plan to continue that tradition. I'm 6'3" and 230. I really like this bike. It is solid for big people. I do like tires that really grip the trail.
Thanks,
Mohawk
