HELP I want to fix a few things on my bike.

Hello,

i think its an old bike and it has rust. u just want to fix a few things need lots of tips. all the pics will be added at the end of this. Its hard because i dont know the names of the bike part so i cant look them up and if i do know the name of the bike part i dont know what size to get. I have kids i need to take care of and cant spend a lot of money. i bought a bike seat on ebay for $9 and it is completely fine for me. SO im trying to save money buy buying cheap stuff PLEASE anyone help me. with names, sizes, video links. website links, anything.
some of my problems:
i have 3 gears in the front it wont shift to the biggest one

i have rust on the cables leading to my gears and brakes should i replace them? how much? should i have store do it?

whats a good front and back light system. please remember i dont care if its some chinese ebay item as long as it works im happy with it

my wheels have rust on the spokes and the part that makes it spin is all nasty and back should i get the wheels replaced? how much what size?

My old Huffy was sitting around for years and the cables were rusty and the bike would not shift properly. I flipped the bike or hung it in positions so I could use penetrating oil like PB Blaster and squirt the cables and let sit over night. Flip the bike and squirt and soak again. I got them all working freely now. My bike also had rust on the rims and an SOS pad and LOTS of time cleaning them made them new again. As for lites, I went to Walmart and found these Bell front and rear lites for like 12 bucks and they are on steady or blink if you prefer. Here is a few pics of the lites............

Here is what an old, rusty bike looks like after pulling it out of the garage after sitting 10 years............

And here is the same bike after freeing the cables, polishing the bike, cleaning rust, etc...........

Good luck with your bike!
