Help for removing crankset - FSA comet

I need to change my BB30 bottom bracket on my MTB, so I'm trying to remove my crankset.

The crankset is an FSA comet, I am having difficulties removing my drive crank arm.

Ive got the dust cap and 10mm bolt off and the crank won't budge.
The FSA website is useless for manuals.

Ive got some photos of the crankset....

Any ideas for my next step to remove the crank?
