Mountain bike for a small 5 year old?

My daughter has progressed on her bike and is now joining a mountain bike club. My problem is that she is petite for her age, 43" and 35lbs. I need a bike with handbrakes and that is lightweight. So far I have had no luck finding a bike smaller than 20" that has handbrakes. The 20" bikes are much to high for her to even climb on. Thanks!

Thanks. I ended up going with a spawn banshee. She loves it and it fits perfectly. Very impressed with the bike and their customer service. Super fast shipping too
