Quite a different experience from regular mountain-biking. It has all the torque needed to go up any hill (or do a wheelie). Thoughts on a more basic mountain e-bike?

I haven't seen any decision on them one way or the other on the Wake County trails. But generally, they do not allow any motorized bikes on the trails. I expect they will enforce that rule, not to keep e-bikes out, but to be sure that mopeds and other small motor bikes don't use that as a lever to ride the trails. I'll keep an eye on the bulletin board next time I ride.
