diamondback response or giant iguana

Hello. I have a question for all you professionals. I have a choice to purchase a used diamondback response aluminum mad in usa bike or chromoly giant iguana made in taiwan. I would like to know what you guys think?

giant iguana i have heard way more good stuff about them than db??? so i dont know ask a really really professional like at a bike shop

all I can say is I've beaten the crap out of my 2002 Iguana, been to the ER twice, personal doctor many times. So far, Iguana is winning 5-0.

All the parts on that DB are foriegn made so it's not like it makes a huge difference. If we knew model years that would tell us something useful perhaps. Presuming that both bikes are completely stock which isn't likely when they're used

We don't know the whole story, so it's kind of hard to make that conclusion don't you think? Besides Iguana's haven't been cro-moly for quite some time now
