Too much flex in Shimano XT E-type FD
What can I do to get my shifting up front to not suck? I went from a fairly good shifting Alivio 3x to an XT 3x so I can go 10x in the rear. The new XT bracket moves around a lot and I am unable to get it to shift into the big ring without messing up the low limit. FWIW I am using an X4 shifter right now and this is on my fatbike.

Does your frame have a boss for the locator/stiffener bolt hole for an e-type? If not, you may have to buy or make yourself one of these to attach to your seat tube:
