Need Riders!!!

Cyclists- We Need Your Help to Make Our Goal. We are the CE-Express! We are looking for riders to join on our tour for the cure. WE NEED RIDERS! If you are anywhere close to our ride locations, feel free to join! Keep track of the ride at https://www.ce-express.com or on MySpace at https://www.myspace.com/ceexpress.htm.

We all know someone…who has been touched by cancer at some time in our lives. Either ourselves, family members or friends have fought, and either won or lost, the battle against cancer of some kind. We are riding this bicycle trip to raise money and awareness for the fight against cancer. We sincerely appreciate your support.

The primary participants in this event belong to the Custom Electronics Design and Installation Association (www.cedia.net). In 2005 an employee of Kenney Smith’s was stricken with cancer. Ken’s brother-in-law, Mike lost his wife, his niece and his brother-in-law to cancer. Kenny rode from Maine to Indianapolis to raise money and awareness for cancer research. Kenny’s office is in Maine and the National Expo for CEDIA was in Indianapolis. The National CEDIA Expo is held in Denver in 2006 and now Mr. Smith has an even longer ride.

Mark Hoffenberg lost his wife to cancer and has been a member of CEDIA for 17 years. Mark rallied a team from Orange County California to support this fund raising effort and meet the CE Express in Denver. The Western leg will be scaling the Rockies for hundreds of miles and thousands of feet of climbing.

This annual event is accepting participants for both legs of the ride, or we will accept offers for additional legs by other teams. To join the ride or find out more information, contact Casey Munck at cmunck@marketingmatters.net or (954) 925-1511 or Robin Dennett, who is on the road with the CE Express at robin@ce-express.com or (207) 557-9084.

- you do little for your cause when you cross-post the same message in multiple forums...
