Cheyenne--First ride of the year in shorts!
Hi all,
I was fortunate enough to get out today for 65 miles in 50 degree weather. We had our "normal" wind of steady 15mph with gusts to 25 according to NWS--the northbound leg of my route was a real treat ;-)
I'm a regular commuter--the shorts and jersey were a great change from my usual "Nanok of the North" cycling gear.
Here's the route I rode: https://veloroutes.org/bikemaps/?route=479
Anybody else from Cheyenne or surrounding area interested in doing a long ride once a month or so? I've got quite a list of good rides lined up. Today's ride took 4:15 as an indication of my normal speed.
