On Papio in Omaha, lost something...
Yesterday on my ride home my money clip fell out of my bag. It had my DL, Student ID, and 3 credit cards in it. I quickly canceled the cards this morning after i got to school and realized I had not left it in my gym locker. And the Student ID was replaced shortly after...so no big deal on any of the contents...however, the money clip itself was the wedding gift I received from my wife, it was very special to me, as every time I looked at it I was reminded of the day I was married and when she gave it to me. So, needless to say I was pretty bummed about it all day.
However, when I got home, my dad called and told me that there was a message on his machine that a guy on the trail had called and he had my stuff. HOLY CRAP!!!!
So I called the guy and come to find out he lives right around the corner. I went over and as I walked up we both realized that we are both regulars on the trail, I see him almost every day riding.
I was very excited to get the money clip back, and the other stuff was all good to get too and know that my info is safe.
So I just wanted to should out to John Alexander Of Omaha, NE. Thank you sir. You are a good man.

That's great - the other day I found a FNB ATM card - picked it up thinking it might have been a credit card and not wanting someone taking and using it. I think my wife still has it, we're going to give it to one of the offices in hope they can get it back to the rightful owner.
Interestingly though, I've found 3 quarters over the summer, all in different places. I've seen pennies, but kind of not wanting to stop for those.
