What is the route for the Metric Century? Do you go north on Highway 9, turn around at Ute Pass, return on Highway 9 to Dillon, and go around Dillon Reservoir in a counterclockwise direction? Are there shoulders on Swan Mountain Road or do you use the bike path there?

Hey Chris,

My apologies for the delay, but yes you go out Hwy 9 to Ute Pass (up Ute Pass) and turnarond at the Summit, head back into River Run area, then up to Montezuma, back into River Run. The maps is on the website. The gain is *3350 over *62 miles. *approximate.

No shoulder on Swan Mountain Rd and we do use the road and not the bike path. If you have any more questions, best to contact me via website/email. marie@bluerivercentury.com.

Hope to see you out there!

Marie
