Deer creek Canyon

Looking for a ride tonight, and have heard a little bit about this ride. Any tips, or routes to do. Looking for between 20-40 miles. I like climbing, not sure if I am good at it, but love coming downhill. Thanks

Looks like I am a bit late, but here is my write-up: http://herodot.us/2008/06/09/deer-cr...-cycling-loop/

I hope to ride it today.
