Ok, I have been off the bike for almost two weeks and am finally recovering from my trip to Australia. I am planning on riding Evans from Bergen Park early tomorrow to get some conditioning in before the ride. My rationale is that the ride is not steep and it will help me get some altitude training in. I will have two rest days before the Triple.
Any thoughts on whether my logic is sound or if this is too much to do 3 days before the Triple?
Better hurry, I need to get to bed early if I am to do this
