Park Hill to Regis

If you were bike commuting from Park Hill to Regis during typical commute times, what route(s) would you take?

Tia!

I live just East of you near City Park. I would head to Regis the way I go to Lookout Mountain. I go south to 12th ave and then take that all the way to Speer. Cross Speer and get on the trail and take it down to REI. Get on the road that goes by the aquarium and take it to 26th. It is a designated bike route. Take 26th to an appropriate N/S bike route to get you up to Regis. I think it is Irving, but not sure. I know there is one after crossing Federal.

I'm just off 26th and normally take it all the way to the block past Welton in Fivepoinpts, Curtis maybe? I then zigzag a bit to the skate park, then down to the trail. I wonder if there's a decent route that stays more towards the north. I'm not sure where I'd cross 25 if not getting on the trail downtown and then off maybe around the National Guard armory?
