Children's hospital moved out to Aurora several years ago....it used to be right by that address but it has moved to a brand new facility. Still not very far and a much better commute than going to Westminster.

Check out the apartments at Ten Emerson St and in that area. My wife and lived at 10 Emerson for 2 years in the late 90's and loved it. Best location in Denver imho. North of Wash Park few blocks....south of Capital Hill a few blocks and right off the CC bike path to get out of town quickly.

looks like we may have narrowed it down to a single palce, Penwood Place apartments on 800 Penn if we go the denver route. we checked out boulder today and really liked it, am trying to find aprtmetsn thjere, but the vast majority seem to be geared toward college kids.

ANY BOULDER Apartment leads that you guys can provide? Please dont be shy. PM as well as that will go right through to my cell and i doubt ill get in front of a computer tomorrow.

thanks guys

The Boulder<->Denver downtown commute sucks. Like really sucks. Like enough to not live there if not working in Boulder/Westminster sucks.

The concept of living more than 5 miles from my office makes me shiver with fear. I live less than a half mile from work and hate my commute.

understood and noted, although coming from chicago we know what a true commute is. try 1,5 hrs bumper to bumper each way. looks like we are rather set on the broomfield area, right on the cusp of westminster/broomfield at Warwick Station probably. more or less equadistant from downtown dener, downtown boulder, and golden-so it more or less satisfies all our needs (mountain access for me on teh bike via straight into the foothills or a short drive to boulder or golden, running trails in our backyard for her, and not too far from any of the nightlife in boulder or denver sould we want to hit that up.)

have one or two spots to look at tomorrow then we have to starts writing checks as living in a hotel and eating out every damn day is eating into the budget.

now that ive had a few weeks to get the lay of the land, i want to announce that PSIMET is looking to develop a Colorado based sister team and is currently looking for new recruits. if you race consistently, attached or unattached, and would like a little more information, or just want to hook up with the group for group rides you can post up here and/or PM me.

many of you know Rob, Psimet2001, here on BF, and are familiar with the awesome wheels he builds. he recently started a team in the mid-west, where i used to live, and now, given that i moved out west, we are takin gthe opportunity to develop a sister team here.
