local bike parts needed

I need to replace shifters, cables, chain, etc. I'd like to buy locally in Denver, preferably Southeast. Any recommendations for good sources. I'm thinking Sora or Tiagra shifters. I'm just learning to do this kind of work on my bike, so a source with good advice would be a big plus.

If you want to learn to do it yourself, get thee to the Bike Depot. They may have used parts or they can get you new ones. You can use Fix-your-bike hours to do the work yourself with their tools. Check the schedule for hours.

I volunteer out there...Shop Lead on Saturdays.
