CC Trail after rains

Can anyone report on the conditions of the CC trail, specifically between Aurora and Parker? Is it passable? Any major areas of concern, especially since I use it to commute to work and it's dark when I'm on it. Thanks.

OK from Cottonwood to downtown Parker/Sulphur Gulch/Scott Road, if that is the area of interest. I haven't ridden north to Arapahoe Road nor CC SP area. In Parker, they have been out removing some sand. There is a bit of dried mud on the bridge underpasses.

CC trail was clear from the north side of Arapahoe all the way to the spillway. A few areas here and there had sand and mud but nothing that caused any problems. Spillway was also clear as was the trails into Aurora.
