Anyone else think it does not make sense to drive 3 hours each way minimum to do an organized ride that may suck with only 86 riders registered when every other Fondo i have done had thousands?

Too bad. It looks like an awesome route. If I was out there by myself, I'd probably bag it after 50 or 60 miles. With a 10AM start time, I'd be lucky to finish 90 before sunset. Add to it 6 hours of driving (probably a lot more with the weekend catskills traffic) and it would be a no go for me.

I have to laugh at the fact that the organizers want to charge $75 for breakfast with Floyd on top of the $120 entrance fee ($95 + $25 surcharge for entering after May 1). What planet are these people from?

I'd pay an extra $75 for Floyd to not be there.

Rule 2.2 is somewhat amusing:
Riders who have been banned by a federation for a doping violation will be refused
