ACS Bike-a-thon Sun 6/14/15, now Philly to AC Boardwalk
The American Cancer Society Bike-a-Thon this year is in June, not July.
It still starts at the Philly-side base of the Ben Franklin Bridge, but instead of going to the campground in Buena, it goes to Atlantic City, with the last 3/4 mile on the Boardwalk.
Total distance is 66.6 miles, with the option of taking a loop in the Pines that makes it a full Century ride. You can decide to take the loop in mid-ride.
The NJ Transit Gamblers' Express train can bring you back from AC to Philly for cheap. Bikes are always allowed on that line.
There is still a registration-fee discount for a few more weeks.
Minimum pledge goal is $100.
Ride safe.
