Miles Standish State Park. Not very close. Driving distance, but endless miles of trails.

some of the best places to mt bike on cape are trail of tears (tot) in Barnstable off exit 5, nickerson state park in brewster, otis trails in n. falmouth area. there are group rides at all 3 areas at various times. wed nights rides at tot and nickerson, fri nights at tot, sun morning at otis. these are all XC rides, with some technical elements thrown in. check out the nemba board (www.nemba.org) as they have info on cape rides.

Having visited Cape Cod many times, I would like to recommend riding in the Falmouth-Woods Hole vicinity. There there is the Shining Sea Bike Path, along with enjoyable riding on Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket Islands. I also recommend riding the Northeast side.

There's also the Cape Cod canal. If you're looking for a good workout head there on a windy day
