Any recommendations for a bike shop with good wrenches and some old school knowledge in the Philadelphia area, preferably in the PENN neighborhood? Thanks !

Trophy Bikes at 3131 Walnut should be near you. There's also Bicycle Therapy at 2211 South Street which shouldn't be too far.
