Cycling after a stroke

A friend of mine is trying to get back into cycling after a stroke. She's got some balance and vision problems. I'm thinking maybe she could find someone with a tandem that needs a stoker.

What cycling club she she look into? She lives in Boston(Murderpan).

What about a Tricycle

Will a tricycle work for your friend? If so, she could ride without depending on someone else.
