Long Island South Shore Ride Ideas & Bike Path Conditions
Hi,
I am just getting into cycling. I am wondering if anyone has any good ideas for a 20-25 mile ride starting near the South Shore of Long Island between the Wantagh and Meadowbrook Parkways. One idea is to try the bike path to Jones Beach along the Wantagh. I wonder if that is passable right now or whether there is still snow. Does anyone have any idea? Is that a good ride? Once you get to Jones Beach, where can you ride?

Jeez, I see that my own question was answered a few posts down! Well, it does seem to be clear! But does anyone have any other ideas for South Shore rides? Thanks!
