Is the NYC ticketing blitz over?

I haven't seen any comments about the ticketing blitz lately, neither here nor on transalt nor anywhere else. I'm also seeing a lot more riders running lights again. Have the cops moved on to something else?

I've been wondering the same thing. I haven't been to Central Park since the blitz started last winter. It might be nice to take in a few laps.

Like I said before, everyone I saw at traffic lights ran the light, sometimes there was even a police car parked nearby (maybe unoccupied, though). Running lights is so "popular" that it's hard for me to remain the "odd ball".

But who knows, if they want, they can stll ticket you.
