More Bikeway-Building Activity on the Hutchinson River Parkway?
I've been watching little pieces of a bike path take shape along the Hutchinson River Parkway for a few years. This weekend, I noticed large tracts of land along the roadway being leveled and paved, particularly around the Pelham Parkway/Orchard Beach area, but in other places as well.
Can anybody fill me in?
