What up, b|tches?
Highland Park checkin' in. Yo, if you live near me post your routes. I need some new roads to tear up. I'm sick of riding through Johnson Park to get to Piscataway. I also ride a lot down 130 towards Cranbury (I'm the ****** riding to work on my black Tarmac). Honk if you see me! Oh and if you want to get together and ride, PM me...We'll ride, then split a pie! Okay, now I'm starving. See ya, Greg L. |
After having read your profile I would think that there was something else you'd rather be doing than riding.

I moved to New Brunswick from North Carolina about 8 weeks ago.
Love it, love it, love it. Cycling on streets and roads here sucks pretty much as bad as NC, but thanks to my bike and NJ Transit, my car is covered in a thick layer of pollen and bird poop -- I've driven it exactly twice since I got here: once to fill the gas tank and once yesterday for shopping (my gf was out of town and after the 5BBT, I didn't have the legs or the time for another 15 miles). I'll be getting a road bike in a few weeks (I hope) and after that I'll be looking for bike clubs and road partners. If anyone wants to head into NYC for a ramble or whatever, reply or PM me. |

I grew up in Hackettstown. Lived most of my adult life west of Washington, Warren County in the village of Broadway. Riding there meant going right and riding on the edge of the highway (not good) or going left and climbing steep hills (not good). I live in Sacramento, California now. Cycling here is great with a river bike trail 31 miles in length (class 1 trail, all paved, two lane, no car crossings).

I'm from the Heights section in Jersey City. It's on north end of town right above Hoboken. Last summer I bought a folding bike quite liberating. Something I tool around on either going to the city on the PATH train or running errands such as going to the bank, post office, or a quick bite. (no parking tickets) I still have the road bike it's a 1999 Cannondale R 500 and I'm part of the www.BTCNJ.com bike club.
