Best Rides from Cape Cod

We are visiting Chatham in July, and have already done some riding there previously to P-Town and back, and also Martha's Vineyard. What are the bucket list rides, even in South Shore, or RI would be acceptable if we can drive about an hour for a good starting point. We are experienced, self sufficient, ideally around 50 miler.

Also any social and/or fast paced group rides in the area.

Ideas please!

Cape Cod Cycling Club has group rides every Thursday evening, starting from Veterans Beach on Ocean Street in Hyannis. Usually frame 25 to 30 miles. They have a fast A group, and also B and C groups for a more social ride. They usually do some less organized pick-up rides on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Sort of related. I used the fast ferry from p town to Boston last year as the last leg of my bike tour. Take the fast ferry in the am, tour, ride, explore Boston and then take it back pm. Just a thought.
