    Chrome Fork

I just bought a Peugeot bicycle with a fork that is completely chromed.............Is there any significance with this?

Could be a replacement fork, but the only way you will get any decent info will be to post photos. Without knowing the model and age of the bike, nobody can give you a meaningful answer. If the bike isn't new, you will do better posting this (with pix!) in the Classic and Vintage forum.

Chrome forks were once not that uncommon. I had a Guerciotti (Columbus TSX tubing) that had a fully chromed fork.
