Join us for the first annual Canary Century bike event in Palo Alto, CA on May 28, 2011!

Register for the Canary Century and support a leading cancer center in the Bay Area.

All funds raised will be donated to the Stanford Cancer Center (SCC) to benefit cancer research and patient care. Canary Foundation is committed to identifying early stage cancers to save lives and has chosen the SCC as the beneficiary of this ride because of its dedication to this purpose.

The Rides:

The event offers a 100-mile Century ride, a 100-kilometer Metric Century ride, and a 50-kilometer Half Metric ride. Participants will start and finish at the VA Palo Alto where family and friends are welcome to partake in the festivities, while learning about the Stanford Cancer Center, Canary Foundation, and the importance of cancer early detection.

Cycling enthusiasts will enjoy the unique opportunity to ride with members of the Garmin-Cervélo professional team. Twenty teams compete in the Tour de France; one of them is at the Canary Century. Cervélo engineers and markets high performance road and triathlon bicycles.
