Looking for a ride partner

I live in San Jose and always looking for a ride partner. Male or Female doesn't matter. I've been riding for just over a year and only now starting to do some rollers but need to start out doing some small hills. I usually ride around 35-50 miles on a Saturday. Looking to try and tackle Mt. Eden road via Stevens Creek reservoir or some of the climbs around McKean rd near Calero. To be honest, any ride is a good ride just don't like to ride alone.

Any time you think you're ready, sport......

I'll probably do a ride Saturday, if you're interested. Moraga, Livermore, Diablo.... I'm flexible.......

Bossman,
This Saturday is out for me but first weekend in October is open. Please don't pic some hard ride. I don't want to be embarrassed by your fine cycling abilities.

Nothing hard around here, except for my head.

Oct 1st is the Diablo Challenge, but I'm free Saturday (probably!).

Hey have you checked out these guys? Almaden Cycle Touring Club https://www.actc.org/index.html
They seem like a nice low-ego bunch and they have a lot of south bay rides of all skill levels. I found their page when I was looking for good routes to do -- and came across this awesome page maintained by one of their guys

I don't live up there anymore but sometimes pop up for a visit... I highly recommend the stevens canyon loop/mt eden loop... its beautiful! I'm going to keep your info as its nice to be able to ride w/someone when I get up there!

I was just at Stevens Creek a couple of weeks ago. The Dam is still pretty high and it's very nice there. I rode up Mt. Eden from the Pierce Road side and that was brutal for me. Cruising down those turns after you get to the top was fun and then I stopped at one of the campgrounds. If you do come up this way, get in touch with me and we'll do that loop.

OK, we'll do one of the one's I posted on the other thread. Or perhaps another one in the same area that is a little shorter, we can see how ya feel about it when the time comes.
