Bike Church or Bike Kitchen for Silicon Valley?

I know in Sf there is the Bike Kitchen and Freewheel Cycles who offer tools and space to work on your bikes. And in Santa Cruz there's the Bike Church.

Anything in the Palo Alto, Mtn View, Cupertino or down in the Valley so I don't have to drive 40 miles to one of these?

That would be very cool, but I don't know of any place like that here in the valley.
