Bike fit (fitter) San Francisco Bay Area

Who would you recommend for a bike fit? I'm not a pro nor do I ever expect to be. But I'm starting to ride quite a bit (for me) ~ 50-100 miles a week or more depending on other commitments. I have read a bunch so I'm pretty well set on the basics. I get some pain in my left knee at times, and low back pain after 50 miles or so. I've been working on core strength to combat the back pain but want to make sure my bike is set up correctly. I talked to the guy at my LBS but he just does the basic stuff and I think with what I've read and practiced at home I know at least as much.

East Bay is best for me.
TIA,
jw

Try Cycle City on High St in Alameda. A friend bought a bike there and she was very happy with their fitting and service.
