looking for partners, or already-formed group to ride Northern CA Sierras
Hi folks, i've been trying to find a fellow rider or two to tour with this summer and haven't had luck with craigslist, so thought I would give your most excellent forum a try. I live in SF, 25/male, can do 100 miles on a road bike in good time (without gear), looking for folks interested in planning a shorter trip to the Tahoe/Yosemite area with me, or an already-formed ride to join (I have extensive backcountry experience, am easy to get along with, study literature and love to bike).

Oh, that sounds like fun. You want to tour from SF to Tahoe or Yosemite? Over how many days?

about 4 or 5 days...
taking amtrak to sacramento, the river trail to folsom and beyond --- i have a lot of great cycling mates in the city but haven't been able to connect with anyone definitely willing and up for riding.... soon!
