Northbay skills courses

Does anyone know about any available skills courses in the Northbay (Sonoma, Marin) for beginners? Or where I might find some?

What is a skills course? Is this a course that has various off-road obstacles for you to practice mountain biking?

Martin Clinton of the Santa Rosa Cycling Club is a certified LAB cycling instructor. He holds frequent classes in the Santa Rosa Area. Contact the SRCC or the Sonoma County Bicycle Coalition SCBC for details. The LAB League of American Bicyclists lists many instructors for the Bay Area.

I'll have the clinic schedule for 2008 finished and published by Dec 15th.

T -- thanks for the compliment. How are you doing? Should I ask you know what?

Oh, and I also offer private and small-group instruction, so if you don't want to wait for a clinic on the calendar, shoot me an email and we'll schedule some time on the bike.
