Where to donate old bike in Silicon Valley?

I am getting a new MTB, my old one (Specialized Hard Rock) is going to be too expensive for me to bring to good shape, so I want to donate it to charity. Any suggestions?

Although I don't think they are in Silicon Valley... try contacting these guys: Cycles of Change

Or try emailing Ed So of AP Cycles Community Bike Shop at edcanbefound@gmail.com He's actually the one that told me about Cycles of Change.

Isn't there an organization called bikes for tots or something like that. Someone told me about that, but I can't find any info online. I prefer something in the South bay, I don't really feel like driving up to Berkeley.
