Great spectator story from ToC Stage 3

I saw this great story in the Road Racing forum, and I have a visual aid to contribute. First look at this crappy shot I took. The CSC guy is Bobby Julich. Notice anything funny about his bike? Why is he looking down? Read the story here: Crazy ToC Story: I Finally own a Zipp Wheel…

Great story! I hope he keeps the wheel and gets it signed next year! and I hope Bobby J sends him a set of the CSC Edition Zipps to replace his highly valuable Shimano rim. hehe!

It'll be interesting to see what he does get though.

Great story, and a great example of cool bike culture in action.

I bet he ends up with a pile of CSC logo gear and some autographs, maybe gets to keep the wheel.

I can see it becoming a trend... $10K bikes with $100 banana wheels on the rear.

I was there watching the race that day as well. When Julich passed, my bro and I took a series of images. Julich looked down the entire time. We simply thought that he didn't want to be photographed!
