I hope nobody would try to top that. It might jeopardize any upcoming events.
Funny though

I was expecting to see the leaders come around the corner and fly past him.

Well you'd have to think something like that would happen.. at least here in the Peninsula. Its good for a laugh, but hopefully people don't see this as an opportunity to try and one up eachother and turn pro cycling events into something like the RedBull Flutag or the Red Bull Soapbox Derby.. both events are absolutely hilarious, but they have a time and place.

He needed a skin suit and he may have finished under 8 minutes.

At least he had the common sense to do this after the race was over. Otherwise he would have been arrested or beaten by the folks here on BF!!

We all laugh, but that's gotta be a lot more difficult to pedal than a conventional bike.

I'm just blown away by the cadence on that dude (when I stop laughing). He must kick ass on a road bike.

IMO he tops antler guy, or the pope on today's stage - he was nowhere near any of the riders, so good for him. Something for the world to remember us by, eh?

Here's a "top secret" bike with side car from the prologue.
