Bought 'em there.
I liked 2007 more, but 08 isn't bad.

Are any of you guys going to participate in the 2009 ride? I just registered today. I plan on attempting the 2 longest routes, i just started my official training on monday. (the longest ride i have done so far was 30mi, now with an official training plan i hope i can make it to the level needed for this ride by Sept.)

We've done the last two, but we're getting tired of bugging our small circle of friends fo rmoney, so we may skip this one....

I could definitely see how that could become cumbersome. My job luckily has a continuous flow of new poeple that come in every year (about 1/3 of the total jobs per year turn over). So i will hopefully make the 3 times in a row status before i transfer out.

Good for you for registering already! I did both long days last year and it wasn't too bad at all - only significant difference (if the routes are the same) was the addition of Marshall wall. I wasn't even planning on the century the first day but got talked into it by a friend. You'll have a great time!

Not doing it again this year, too soon to hit up the same people for money again.

If you keep up your training, you'll be more than ready come September. I just started riding last year specifically to do the 150 mile route with some friends and I was more than prepared. This year, we're planning on the 175 route as well as other, harder rides earlier in the year.

Good luck!
