Today's Ride Report

Whew, fun ride today! I only had about 3 hours as my wife wanted to get out for a ride as well. She's off now, on the same route I just did.

Anyway, 46.4 miles, 14.9 avg., 2183 feet climbed. Mostly crammed in to the middle 1/4. I am going to make this a regular route I think. Once it warms up in the mornings and I can get out before Bess heads off to work, I'll be able to ride it in the mornings twice a week. That should really strengthen my climbing!

Here's the profile:

The Davis ride turned out to be 60 miles, going over Cantelow from the West/steep side. I only did 41 as I'm not quite there yet, but had a great time. Really nice weather.

Joel, sorry I couldn't go. Didn't get out of my meeting until 3. Didn't even get a ride in. Where did you go?

Iron Point, Alexandra, Beatty, and explored up and around there to wind down to Wilson before heading back up EDH to Green Valley. If I'd had more time, I would have added Serrano 1 and 2 to the ride.

Cardio hasn't caught up with desire yet. I imagine that will take time. When it does, look out!
