I love riding my bike.

I went for a short 30 miler today. It was the fist time I had been off the trainer in a while due to the weather. It felt so good to be on the road again. It was like finding a long lost friend. I could have road for hours, but I had to pick-up my kids from school. I love riding my bike

Just thought I would share. You folks are the only ones who truly understand.

I know the feeling too ... !!! I am enjoying riding more everyday. The past few days I've had to slow down a bit because of knee pain. I really looking forward to getting my new LHT, so I can load up the trucker and do some serious bike camping ....

Tomorrow I'm hoping to hit the Dry Creek Trail, which will give me about 18 miles round trip. If I ride around downtown I can add a couple more miles.

I hear you. I got home tonight and decided to mow the lawn and clean up my Tarmac for tomorrow. Since I had the garage door open and my bikes out, I pumped up the tires in my mountain bike and went goofing off. It felt sooooo good just gliding down the driveway and off the curb, across the street. Feeling the wind on my face and hearing the "whiirrrrrrr" from my King's.

I can't wait to ride tomorrow.

And next weekend is DST already!!!!!!!!! Five rides a week here I come!

Sometimes just cleaning my bike is cathartic

I love riding so much I left the house at 4:30am today just to get some extra miles before work. Great ride - other than the inaccurate temperature readings @ msn.com.... brrrrrrrrrrr!

It just must be that time of year; racing season is up and going and with DST around the corner it can only get better.

I like riding my bike naked. It feels so much better with no water bottles, seat bag, lights, etc. Usually this only happens immediately after I wash it.

Start racing! You'll need 1 water bottle but nothing else.
