Davis Double/Active small refund?

I just got mail from Active.com that I'm getting a $5.54 refund. Something to do with the Davis Double.
I have no idea what it means or why I'm getting it, but if anyone else wants to send me money, that's OK. Just use PayPal.

Hey! I'm only getting a $4.72 refund... What gives?
Maybe it's some of that Obama stimulus?

I got the shirt AND the jersey... It's probably the difference in sales tax..?

Hmmmm.

I wonder if they'll have cycling jerseys available on Registration eve? I'm really hoping I can get one! I sent an inquiry to the DBC, but haven't gotten any response as of yet.
