How about a local for sale thread?

Seems like a good idea, maybe even an "are you looking for one of these" and a trade thread?
What do you think? yes? no? Carrots?

There's a thread in here for giving away free items, but I'm afraid site rules dictate that sales take place in designated sales forums.

Though if you're looking to sell something specific, you can go ahead and list it in your signature.

Not to be a trouble-maker, but the MTB, C&V, and Road forums all have "For Sale" sub-forums...... so why not here?

I think it would be nice to have a local for sale thread. I'm in the market for cheap clip-on aerobars, btw.

I don't know about clip on, but I have the "cheap" part - how about free? 3 to choose from. I'm in San Ramon, though......

Hmm, good point. I've put in a query to TPTB.

[edit: Or, you know, TPTB posted while I was composing. *shrug*]
