I don't know these folks, but this clinic sounds very interesting (copied from a FB page):

Cycle Sports Oakland is home to the UnitedHealthcare Pro Cycling Team Presented by MAXXIS (UHC), and they're coming to Cycle Sports to teach you how to be a better climber.

What's the catch? None. We're lucky enough to have the best cyclists in the country as friends, and we think sharing this opportunity is part of being a good neighbor in the local cycling community.

==> The Clinic

The Climbing Clinic will be run by Roman Kilun and Max Jenkins of UHC. We'll meet in front of the shop at 9am, where Roman and Max will talk about climbing technique, breathing, body positioning, and safety. Then, we'll ride over to the base of Tunnel Road.

We'll ride up Tunnel as Roman and Max patrol the pack, offering individual advice to make you a better climber. We'll regroup at the Sibley parking lot so Roman and Max can offer input, and answer questions.

We'll descend and climb Tunnel once more, incorporating Roman and Max's feedback. They'll again patrol the pack to encourage and advise.

After two climbs up Tunnel, some of us will be a little toasty, and we'll ride back to the shop with some new climbing skills in our quivers.

Come out and join us; it promises to be a great event. Roman, Max, and the folks here at Cycle Sports are all really looking forward to it.
