Dang - I could use a 10/22. That magazine is illegal to transfer in CA, though.

I have a sneaking suspicion that the seller won't be following state laws regarding the rifle transfer.

My thought is "how do you meet up without fear of being ambushed?". Obviously for the archery stuff you wouldn't want to meet in an open area. For the rifle, neither open area or close quarters.

Sounds like he can't drive legally either as he's looking for something he can drive without a license, so wonder if he's even allowed to have the rifle?
