i am currently awaiting a new lugged steel frameset from steve rex. steve is a totally honest, extremely knowledgeable, and gifted frame builder. i have a tournesol, a hampsten ti, a new riv roadeo, and have owned many other bikes. other frame builders may have more recognition, but, they can't beat steve.
    sincerely, don

Check out Ed Litton. Excellent work, reasonably proced last I checked, a nice guy, and his shop is a museum of fantastic stuff. http://www.classicrendezvous.com/USA/Ed_Litton.htm

I have an older Innerlight that is currently with Kimo for some modifications. Great guy, and one of the best riding frames I've been on.
