Valencia Cyclery and Box Dog Bikes are great shops that work with a lot of fixed gear bikes.

For everything else, Roaring Mouse has unsurpassed customer service.

Freewheel on Hayes has a good rep in the Fixie crowd, the one on Valencia doesn't. I don't ride fixed and have never had repairs at either shop fwiw, but I have some hipster friends that told me.

I'll put in a vote for Box Dog bikes.
