LOUIS GARNEAU BIB sizing help

I was looking at picking up some Louis Garneau bibs online but I've delayed buying anything because I am not sure about their sizing chart, so I thought I would ask my fellow Nor-cal folks / posters for some help...
So here's my question, is the Louis Garneau sizing chart spot on or is it closer to Euro sizing like Santini & Castelli?
I'm 5 9 and teeter between 145 -150lbs
Thank you

My LG bib knickers I bought are the same size as all my Pearl Izumi stuff and fit the same. YMMV.

Garneau is based in Canada. Their sizing is closer to American than Italian.
