NorCal East, Wed 7/13: Folsom Lake Loop, laid back style

My wife has the week off, the temps are down, and the kids have a playdate with some friends. That means ride!

If you can take the day, come out and join us on the beautiful loop around Folsom Lake. This route features some outstanding scenery, beautiful climbs, and epic descents. We'll also break for lunch in Cool at the local Subway.

Route: https://ridewithgps.com/routes/533987

Plan:
Assuming the drop off of the kids goes well, we'll be rolling from Folsom Bike at 9:45 (maybe 10). Pacing will be at my wife's pace, so 15-16 on flats, faster going down, slower going up. Periodic regroups on the hills to make sure no one gets lost.

Make sure to have 2 water bottles, helmet, snacks, stuff to fix flats, some money, etc.

Hope some of you can come along.
