Looking for a bike shop in the East Bay that carries parts for older bikes

I have a Trek 930 from the mid-90's that needs a new rear shifter/brake lever and I wanted to swap out the stem and/or flat handlebars to achieve a more upright riding position. Do you know of any bike shops in the East Bay and preferably closer to the Concord/Walnut Creek area that carry the parts needed to accomplish the goals I have mentioned?

Thanks...

I think most of us source '90s replacement parts from eBay sellers. There was a Tri Valley LBS that had bins of old parts you could pick through, they went of business several years ago.

I usually buy complete thrift-store bikes or from local college bike-shops to find old parts. Usually spend $20-50 for a complete bike and end up with a tonne of older parts I need. Then I just fleabay or Craigslist the remaiming parts I don't need and end up making a profit.
