Visiting SF and would love to do Paradise Loop from Golden Gate

Hi Guys! I am visiting SF this weekend and would love to do Paradise Loop from the GG bridge. I am pretty familiar with GG to Sausalito but from there to do the Paradise Loop I am not familiar with. Would appreciate a link or turn by turn info from you guys. Thanks a bunch!

Hi riders,

Happy Bike to Work Day. Enjoy the marginally clearer air, and if you hurry, you might also catch an Energizer Station on the way home. Or stop by the store at 6:30 to meet Cannondale/Liquigas rider Ted King, who bikes FOR work. The mere mortals of the Sunday Ride, on the other hand, will be doing a mere Paradise Loop this week: classic Bay views, snacks in Tiburon, no painful climbs. It'll be about 35 miles or so in all. Check the weather here, and see ride details below.

Also, on Monday morning, the Tour of Califoria will be rolling right by the front of the store. Come on down and cheer your favorites with the SB gang.

See you Sunday,
Tanner & the SB Bike Shop Crew

Route: ParidiseLoop, 36 miles. (Map/Profile.)
Difficulty: Easy/Intermediate - Moderate distance, rolling hills but no steep or sustained climbs. A good introduction to longer road rides. 2067 feet of climbing.
Pace: 14-16 mph avg. on the flats - (slower uphill) - no rider left behind. Wait at tops of hills and major intersections.
When: Sunday, May 13 - Meet up at 8:30am for snacks & juice - ride rolls out at 9:00am.
Where: Sports Basement Presidio - 610 Old Mason St., The Presidio of San Francisco
What to bring: A helmet (this is mandatory!), water bottles, snacks or gels, some cash, cell phone, pump, patch kit and extra tube.
Don't Bring: Your iPod or any devices which impair your ability to hear. This is a group ride and we want to make sure that you are communicating to keep things both safe and social.
Note: Riders under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Upcoming Events & Clinics
Basic-Plus Bike Maintenance Clinic - 3rd Wednesday of the month (5/16 @ 6:30pm in the bike shop)
For those who already know how to change a flat, the Basic-Plus clinic will cover topics such as brake, derailleur and headset adjustments and maintaining your drivetrain. The mechanic on staff will also field specific questions.

Basic Bike Maintenance Clinic: Flat Fixes Plus! - 1st Tuesday of the month (6/5 @ 6:30pm in the bike shop)
One of the most basic but important bike skills. Get hands-on experience replacing a tube and installing a tire - never get stranded again! If time permits, we will cover areas like maintenance and minor adjustments.

Bike Life

Tour of California -
Sunday, May 13 through Sunday, May 20
World-class racing, with stages in the City and the North and South Bay. Check the schedule and take a day off work.

Berkeley Hills Road Race - Sunday, May 13
Bust your altimeter in the 55th edition of the local classic.

Tour de Marin - Sunday, May 20 in San Raphael
A 45-mile ride through the eponymous county to support its Bike Coalition.
